This program was created by Louise Stapleton‑Frappell, BA (Hons), PCBC-A, PCT-A, a professional dog trainer, behavior consultant, educator, and author with an international reputation for force-free, science-based practice.

Louise is a Partner and Faculty Member of DogNostics Education and a Board Member of The Pet Professional Guild. She is the creator of the DogNostics Dog Trainer Certificate Program and a co-author of several widely used educational resources for pet professionals and dog guardians.

She presents internationally and is widely recognized for her ability to translate complex behavioral science into practical, ethical, real-world application. Alongside her work in professional education, Louise owns and operates The DogSmith of Estepona in Southern Spain, where she works directly with dogs and their caregivers while mentoring pet professionals worldwide.

This toolkit reflects Louise’s commitment to helping trainers and guardians build reliable behaviors through trust, understanding, and positive reinforcement - without shortcuts or coercion.
