Welcome to The Walk This Way Instructor Program
🌟 Welcome to the DogNostics Walk This Way Program!
We’re thrilled to have you here — ready to explore one of the most rewarding aspects of dog training: helping dogs and their guardians walk together in calm connection and cooperation.
The Walk This Way Program is far more than a leash-walking course. It’s a complete, evidence-based curriculum that blends applied behavior science, emotional wellbeing, and practical instructor skills to help you create lasting, positive change for both dogs and people.
Through engaging lessons, video demonstrations, games, and structured lesson plans, you’ll learn to address leash-pulling at its source — understanding why dogs pull, how emotions influence behavior, and what motivates calm, connected walking. You’ll develop the skills to teach handlers how to communicate clearly, reinforce effectively, and enjoy every step.
🐾 For Pet Guardians:
You’ll discover practical, force-free tools to make walks more enjoyable and stress-free — building focus, confidence, and teamwork with your dog.
🎓 For Trainers and Pet Professionals:
You’ll gain a ready-to-teach, fully supported class curriculum — complete with knowledge lessons, skill demonstrations, handouts, and promotional materials. Designed around solid learning theory and positive reinforcement, this program equips you to confidently teach and coach others using clear, professional methods.
🏅 Become a Certified Walk This Way Instructor (DN-WTWI)
Once you’ve completed the program, you also have the opportunity — with no obligation — to certify as a Walk This Way Instructor.
The DogNostics Walk This Way Instructor (DN-WTWI) credential is for professionals who believe there is no place for shock, choke, prong, fear, or intimidation in canine training and behavior practices.
Earning your certification demonstrates that you:
✅ Meet DogNostics’ professional eligibility standards.
✅ Possess strong theoretical knowledge and practical mechanical skills.
✅ Can effectively coach pet guardians using force-free, ethical techniques.
Successful candidates receive their official Walk This Way Instructor Certificate and the DN-WTWI credential badge— a mark of excellence you can proudly display on your website, social media, or professional materials.
At its heart, Walk This Way isn’t just about walking — it’s about connection, compassion, and communication.
Whether you’re a passionate pet guardian or a professional trainer, you’ll finish this course equipped to make every walk calmer, more cooperative, and filled with mutual understanding — one confident step at a time.
