Important Information

Important: Your DN-DTC Apprentice Course Structure

The DogNostics Dog Trainer Instructor Program is delivered across three progressive levels: Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master.

You are currently enrolled in the Apprentice Level, where both theory and practical skills are introduced and developed through a series of structured modules designed to build strong foundations.

Apprentice Course Modules

The Apprentice Level consists of five core modules, which include:

  • Main lesson content
  • E-learning videos
  • Practical homework assignments to help you practice skills and apply your learning

Each module builds on the knowledge and skills gained in the previous module, so it’s important to complete them in order.

Please complete:

  • Apprentice Modules 1–5

Complete the online knowledge test and all homework assignments for each module before progressing to the next module.
The lessons and assignments are designed to prepare you for what comes next.

Supplementary Module (Apprentice)

In addition to the five core modules, the Apprentice Level includes a Supplementary Module (Module Six).

This module contains:

  • Supportive documentation for the Apprentice Level
  • Suggested additional reading and learning resources

Module Lessons

Each module consists of several lessons.
Please complete each lesson in full before moving on to the next lesson within that module.

Online Knowledge Tests (Module Quizzes)

Each module is followed by a short open-book online quiz.

  • The required pass mark is 85%
  • You may retake the quiz if needed
  • Quiz results are automatically sent to us - there’s no need to notify us

These quizzes are part of the learning process and are designed to help you identify both strengths and areas you may want to revisit.

Feedback on Your Work

Your quiz results and skill submissions are reviewed using a performance–feedback–revision approach.
This is not about judgment - it’s about learning together.

When we ask questions or make suggestions, they come from a “let’s review this together” perspective. This process also helps us continually improve our teaching materials.

We aim to provide feedback within 72 hours of your submission.
If you have not received feedback within that timeframe, please email:

Progression Beyond Apprentice (For Your Awareness)
