Making the Most of Your Learning Experience

We're delighted you've chosen to learn with DogNostics.

Our goal is to make your learning experience enjoyable, engaging, and as straightforward as possible. Whether you're studying a little each day or setting aside longer study sessions, you'll soon discover that the course is easy to navigate and designed to let you progress at a pace that works for you.

Before you begin, we'd like to share a few helpful tips about how the learning platform works. Understanding these features now will help you move smoothly through your lessons and avoid any unexpected delays as you progress through the course.

Getting Started

Once you've logged into your course, you'll be taken to your Course Curriculum, where you'll find everything you need.

From here you can:

• View your overall course progress.
• Access your course modules and lessons.
• Return to any completed lesson whenever you'd like to review it.

To begin, simply click Start Next Lecture. This will automatically open the first lesson - or the next lesson you haven't yet completed.

Progressing Through Your Course

The course has been designed to guide you through the material in a logical sequence, with each lesson building upon the one before it.

To help you get the most from the program:

• Complete lessons in the order they are presented.
• Watch at least 90% of each video before moving on.
• Complete the required module quiz before progressing to the next module.
• When you've finished a lesson, click Complete and Continue in the upper-right corner of the lesson page.

This final step is important because it tells the learning platform you've completed the lesson and allows your progress to be recorded correctly.

Tracking Your Progress

As you work through the course, your progress will automatically be recorded.

You'll notice:

✅ A checkmark beside completed lessons.

⭕ An empty or partially filled circle beside lessons still to complete.

The progress bar in the course sidebar will also update as you move through the program.

Even after a lesson has been marked as complete, you can return and review it whenever you'd like by selecting it from the course curriculum.

A Few Things to Remember

The learning platform has a few built-in features that help keep everyone progressing through the program successfully.

Please note:

• Lessons must be completed in sequence.
• If you skip large sections of a video or fast-forward through it, the lesson may not be marked as complete.
• Some sections remain locked until you've completed the previous lessons.
• If you don't achieve the required quiz score, you'll simply need to retake the quiz before moving forward.

Don't worry - once you've worked through your first module, the process quickly becomes second nature.

Course Access & Module Release

Each level of the DogNostics Dog Trainer Certificate Program contains:

• Five core modules
• One supplementary module

If you're enrolled on the monthly payment plan:

• A new module becomes available every 30 days.
• This gives you plenty of time to complete your reading, quizzes, practical assignments, and skill videos before moving on.
• You'll receive an email notification when your next module has been released.

The Supplementary Module provides additional learning resources and allows time to complete your practical skill assessment videos before progressing to the next level.

Students Enrolled in an Individual Course

If you're studying an individual Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master course, your course follows the same structure:

• Five core modules
• One supplementary module

Depending on the payment option you selected, your course may either be available immediately in full or released progressively over time.

If a module displays a clock icon, it simply means that it hasn't yet been released. Once it becomes available, you'll receive access automatically.

VIDEO SUBTITLES

Subtitles are available in English, French (Français), Portuguese (Português - Portugal), and Spanish (Español).

Instructions to generate subtitles:

1) Click the Subtitles option on the lower right of the video

2) Enable captions.

3) Captions will be automatically generated in English. To change the language of the captions, select Language and choose your preferred language.

The captions will be generated in the selected language.
